As part of her presentation, Clark detailed the Synergetics-based “Five Steps To Decision-Making” which is one of the tools she uses to bring life skills to New York State’s prison inmates. Dr. Cheryl L. Clark is the Director of Shock Incarceration and the WIllard Drug Treatment Campus (DTC) for the New York State Department of Correctional Services (DOCS). Clark earned a Ph.D. in the School of Health and Human Services at Columbia Commonwealth University.
