Question by : I have my first parole violation for a DUI misdemeanor-arkansas?
Are they likely to revoke me for a first time violation if I’m in outpatient rehab and they have on record that I asked to be tested to show I’m not on drugs or drinking? I’m also going to AA

Parole violation usually means that parole will be revoked. You couldn’t follow the rules so back you go.
