...  DUI’ss and a possesion of mushrooms charge. The first DUI I got probation before Judgement and 18 months supervised probation 4 the second. The other charge was dropped. The problem is dealing with the MVA….there cluless. I think the worst that can happen is a year in jail and a 1000 dollar fine….that is the maximum 4 a first offense. Most times the judge will suspend all 12 months and just give probation 4 the first time.
